Yes.  We have an 8” fab dedicated for Silicon Photonics production with capacity of >5,000 wafers/month.

What is your typical cycle-time?

2 months (assume full Silicon Photonics circuits with 23 mask layers upon photomask delivery).

Where do you do your Ge epi growth?

We outsource to a renowned US-based commercial company who specializes in Ge epi growth.

What are your available technologies?

We are currently capable of 1.55µm wavelength and next generation 2µm wavelength Silicon Photonics technologies.  We have Cu-based BEOL, < 90nm waveguide dimension for high speed performance Silicon Photonics circuits.

Portability of design from other Silicon Photonics foundry since each of the foundry has their own PDK/process flow?

We enable seamless porting from other Silicon Photonics foundry through customized support in mask layout conversion and technical consultancy since each foundry has their own PDK/process flow.
